A |     近日，为推动“中小学科学教育示范区”建设，省科协、省教育厅共同启动实施“辽宁省中小学生科技助苗行动”。         　　“科技助苗行动”旨在弘扬科学精神和科学家精神，探索青少年科学教育有效途径和人才培养创新模式，推动构建社会各方科教资源有机融合的“大科学教育”工作格局，推进教育科技人才体制机制一体改革，助力科技强省、教育强省建设。         　　在科技助苗行动启动仪式上，举行了中小学科技副校长聘任、科普教育基地与中小学校合作签约等活动。

B | 中国工程院院士王国栋代表科技工作者发出倡议，号召全省广大科技工作者传承科学家精神，提升科普能力，践行志愿服务，做青少年科技成才的引路人和铺路石。         　　据了解，为推动科技助苗行动的实施，科协系统、教育部门、高校（院所）、科普基地、各级学会、中小学校等将深度合作，建立校内外科学教育资源衔接机制，让资源更加开放共享；创新青少年科技赛事活动和科学实践活动，激励更多的优秀科创少年脱颖而出；积极探索适应青少年科学教育的新思路和新方法，推动打造校园“科技节”“科学节”等一批有影响力的校园科普特色工作品牌和活动品牌。    (ECNS)-- The annual Regong June Festival reached its summer peak on Tuesday in Tongren, northwest China’s Qinghai Province, as elaborately dressed performers beat drums and performed traditional dances amid incense smoke.    With a history of more than 1,400 years, the festival was listed as a national intangible cultural heritage in 2006 and is celebrated widely among the Tibetan and Tu ethnic minority communities in Tongren. The event features traditional dances including Lashize (god dances), Leshize (dragon dances), Moheze (military dances) as well as village temple rituals.    Visitors and photographers captured the performances on their phones, while some livestreamed the event. A 71-year-old performer said the festival had preserved its original character, and had attracted more tourists. Elisabeth, an Italian visitor on her first trip to Qinghai, called it a unique ethnic carnival and said she hoped to return.    Since 2025, Tongren has launched its tourism brand as the “World Thang-ga Art Capital” to introduce a model combining performances with activities held in the original villages.    (By Intern Lin Qiaochu, Zhang Dongfang)                    。                    责任编辑：李丹。
