Senegalese President Bassirou Diomaye Faye attended the ceremony and said the highway reflects the "quality of the relations between Senegal and China." He said the project is "particularly important for facilitating travel" in central Senegal and improving connectivity between the central region and other parts of the country.
"The highway, which was due to be delivered at the end of September, is now open to traffic," Faye said.
The president thanked the Chinese side for its support and expressed his willingness to further deepen bilateral relations and advance cooperation with China.
Stretching 99.2 km, the Mbour-Kaolack highway connects the western coastal city of Mbour with Kaolack in central Senegal.

B | 207C，难度系数3.3，在女子跳台动作中算是顶级难度，外国选手鲜少有人尝试，只有全红婵和陈芋汐两位中国选手使用。从去年至今，两人先后在东京奥运会和游泳世锦赛两场国际大赛中“硬碰硬”，结果各有胜负。输赢之间，在其他动作发挥正常的情况下，207C是决定胜负的关键动作，可谓“得207C得天下”。

C | 跳水界专业人士解释，向后翻腾动作最容易失误，因为不容易看见打开时的目标，翻腾力度的大小直接影响翻腾速度的快慢，节奏难以掌握，差之毫厘就会影响运动员在空中的判断，完成三周半动作后已经没有太多的空间去调整身体位置、角度和水花效果。

D | 曾经挖掘并培养陈芋汐的前上海跳水队领队、世界冠军史美琴指出：“就如同我们习惯往前走，但在倒着走后退时感觉就会迟钝很多。当然有些人先天就是向前的感觉好一些，有些人向后的动作感觉强，大多数外国选手可以更好地掌握转体动作。这也是因人而异，每个人都有细微的差别。” 东京奥运会时，初出茅庐的全红婵在预赛和半决赛遇到207C时“磕磕绊绊”，从47.85分到70.95分，决赛时出色发挥得到95.70分，最终以打破奥运纪录的最高分466.20分站上奥运冠军领奖台。但布达佩斯世锦赛，全红婵的“水花消失术”只在207C“失灵”，三场比赛得分64.35、62.70和61.05。

E | 和陈芋汐相比，她每跳一次207C相差14分以上，最高分差到了31.35分，纵使拼命追赶也难以逆转。再加上陈芋汐有两个3.3高难度系数的动作，动作难度分值略高，全红婵只有一个3.3的动作，每个动作都容不得失误。难怪业内教练一直强调，207C难度大，运动员的专项能力一定要匹配得上技术要求，要始终狠抓基本功，否则比赛时的动作稳定性就会打折扣。其实拦住全红婵的不仅仅是207C，还有生长发育期。从东京奥运会至今，全红婵的身高涨高了近10厘米，这对她的体能提出了更高的要求，而陈芋汐自从2019年光州世锦赛夺冠后一直在经历克服身体发育的状态起伏。
