Organized by the Chinese Institute of Electronics and the World Robotics Cooperation Organization, the conference serves as a vital platform for international technology exchange and market collaboration, highlighting the integration of human-robot symbiosis and industrial needs. 二 | 福建海事局于25日14时启动防台风二级应急响应，以宁德、福州、平潭、莆田为核心防御重点，泉州、厦门、漳州为外围防御区域，严格落实防台风“十查”举措，全力以赴做好各项工作。福建海事局持续开展海上预警叫应，提醒船舶避开台风影响区域，会同航标、通信等航海保障部门积极开展隐患排查，引导船舶到安全水域有序避风。

三 | 福建海事局对客渡运航线、海上施工作业项目等陆续实施“关停撤转”措施，截至25日12时：福建沿海共有22条客渡运航线停运，44艘客渡船停航，41个水上施工作业项目停工，116艘施工作业船舶撤离，全省沿海船舶拖带、试航、科考、风电运维等活动已停止。
